How long is your order processing time

We require 1-2 working days to process all orders for products in stock.

Products out of stock in store are ordered with the Supplier and will require up to 8 working days to process.

When will I receive my order

Our standard shipping time is 3-5 working days. We ship all packaged via PUDO to your door. 

Do you offer returns and refunds

We offer exchanges for incorrect items purchased, the shipping cost of the item back to us and the shipping cost to send the exchange will be billed to you.

We offer a standard 7 day return from the date of delivery on any products that arrived damaged or not working. Your product will be exchanged and sent to you within 5 working days of receiving it. The return cost will be fulfilled by Security Junxion.

Can I Request a Product that's not on your website

Yes you can, you can use the following link to Request a Product. We require 1-2 working days to source the product and price. We will send you an email with a quotation. 

Can I collect from your store

Yes you can, you can place your order with payment and select Store Pick-Up, please choose the branch you wish to collect from. We will notify by email when your order is ready for collection.
